Hi, I’m Lauren
I was drawn to becoming a Pediatric Sleep Consultant because of my own journey into motherhood. I am not someone who does well without adequate sleep so I knew that I needed to gather as much information as possible to learn about infant sleep!
Early on, I learned about newborn sleep shaping and when I was able to practise my new found skills on my little ones, I watched my life transform as I was able to sleep through the night sooner than I ever thought possible. I implemented this with all my boys and am forever grateful - sleep truly made all the difference on managing motherhood each day!
Fast forward to today - they of course have nights where they wake, that’s normal but no bedtime battles of sleep struggles at our house!
It’s SO possible to sleep again, being a mom doesn’t mean you don’t get your restful nights back. Let’s make this happen for you too!
As a Pediatric Consultant, I specialize in sleep, toileting and infant + child development. I have a B.A. in Child and Family Studies with a major in Early Childhood Education, and I’m a Certified Sleep Consultant, Certified Potty Training Expert, and hold a certification in Infant Mental Health.
I have 15 years of hands-on experience as an Infant & Child Development Consultant supporting families of children who are neurotypical and neurodivergent who are at risk for a developmental delay or showing signs of a developmental delay. Plus nearly 20 years working in pediatrics.

You’ll be able to select a therapist from MamaCare who you feel would be the best fit for you. All MamaCare therapists specialize in prenatal and postpartum concerns and are all mothers themselves, bringing both personal and professional understanding to the role.

We will spend 3- weeks together navigating your little one’s sleep and ensuring that you’re getting the sleep you need while feeling confident and empowered
CONNECT WITH A REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
You will select a Social Worker who you feel drawn to and receive 2 virtual - 1 hour sessions to speak with during your sleep coaching and afterwards
THE RESULTS
After your time with us, you will feel more like yourself again - more rested, calmer and recharged. You’ll be sleeping through the night and have gently offloaded some of the heavy feelings you’ve been carrying around since becoming a mother. You’ll feel truly seen, heard and understood by a team who gets what you’re going through and knows exactly how to support you every step of the way!
