Let us guide you on how to:

  • Teach your baby how to fall asleep without needing your support to avoid multiple night wakings, short naps and early morning wakings

  • Take your power back - better understand what your emotions, how to navigate motherhood and the constant domands

You’ve been in a cycle where your little one wakes 2 to 4 times a night, and just when you think things are improving after a “better” night, the frequent wakings return

Bedtime and evenings are unpredictable and feel all over the place. You never really know what kind of a night you’re going to get

You’ve been told it’s “just a phase”, so you’re waiting for your baby to get a little older and hoping things will eventually improve

You’re either feeding your baby or rocking them to sleep every time, only for them to wake up 40+ minutes after

I want you to know that motherhood doesn’t have to mean giving up sleep forever - despite what people might tell you!

You could speak to a trusted professional who specializes in helping families move past frequent night wakings and short naps with a clear, personalized plan

You and your spouse finally have the energy to get back to the hobbies you love now that your baby is sleeping through the night

You could lay your baby down for a nap, no stress, no tears, no endless rocking and actually have time to take a long, hot shower, eat a warm meal and sip your HOT coffee while watching your favourite series

Feeding your baby only when they truly need it, then laying them back down and watching them drift right off to sleep until the morning

“I worked with Lauren before going back to work because, while my baby was already a pretty good sleeper, we had a few habits I wanted to break. Lauren’s gentle approach and constant reassurance were amazing. She provided simple, effective tips that have already made such a difference in our routines. I’m so grateful for her guidance and highly recommend working with her”!

Vanessa - Mom of a 6 month old

“We worked with Lauren when our 10 month old was still waking up multiple times a night. We had tried sleep training in the past, but it never really stuck. Lauren took our previous plan and thoughtfully adapted it to fit our child’s current age and needs, which made all the difference”.

Mom of a 10 month old

”What really stood out was the support she provided — not just during the initial phase, but also in the weeks that followed. Being able to schedule follow-up calls was incredibly helpful when we hit the occasional bump in the road.
He now sleeps through the night, both at home and while traveling — even in a pack and play, which had been a major challenge before. We’re so grateful for her expertise and would absolutely recommend her to any parent struggling with sleep issues”.

Hi, I’m Lauren

Pediatric Consultant, mom of 3 little boys, and your go-to support when navigating the exhausting nights and stressful days without having to sacrifice the connection between you and your little one or using an approach that doesn’t feel align with your parenting style.

I know what it’s like to be where you are, absolutely exhausted, unsure of what advice to follow, and wondering if you’ll ever sleep again. Desperate to get sleep, feel like myself again and for my newborn to sleep more.

I have been a Pediatric Developmental Consultant for over 15 years and feel like I have never worked a day in my life. I say that honestly, I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to work with families everyday and watch them flourish.

I was drawn to becoming a Pediatric Sleep and Toileting Consultant because of my own journey into motherhood. I am not someone who does well without adequate sleep so I knew that I needed to gather as much information as possible.

I quickly became more interested when I was able to practise my new found strategies on my little ones and watched my life transform as I was able to sleep through the night sooner than I thought possible. I did newborn sleep shaping with all my boys and am forever grateful I learned about it early on.

Fast forward to today and of course, they have nights where they wake, that’s normal but no bedtime battles of sleep struggles at our house!

It’s SO possible to sleep again, being a mom doesn’t mean you don’t get your restful nights back. Let’s make this happen for you too!

  • First time moms who are ready to take their sleep back and learn more about their baby’s sleep

  • Moms who are juggling multiple kids and are ready to get the sleep they require so the have enough energy to keep up

  • Moms who are committed to making changes to their little one’s sleep habits and staying consistent

  • Moms who aren’t afraid to ask questions to ensure they access all of my supports

  • The moms who are done searching online for conflicting information and ready to learn from an expert who understands their unique situation

  • The moms who are willing to put the work in, even when it gets hard for long-term gains

How It Works

LEARN ABOUT BABY’S SLEEP

Having a true understanding about your baby’s sleep will make all the difference when you’re trying to navigate multiple wakings and short naps. Now that your baby has shifted to their permanent sleep cycle so it’s important to learn the intricate details. I want you to feel prepared and confident for when you’re at home but also on-the-go.

IMPLEMENT A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Despite what you may have heard, having a flexible schedule with your baby means it doesn’t have to be rigid. Now that you’re out of the house more you can still have a schedule, that is baby-led. Little one’s thrive on predictability, yes, even from a young age. This doesn’t have to feel stressful but rather will be helpful for you too.

SET-UP THE ENVIRONMENT

You probably noticed that your newborn seemed to be able to sleep anywhere but now that your baby is past that stage, it isn’t the case anymore and there’s a reason for that. Setting the environment for sleep success is key as they grow and develop and you’ll learn exactly why that is.

UNDERSTAND STRONG ROUTINES

Having a strong routine will make all the difference. We aren’t just teaching our children healthy sleep habits without including all the details that surround this. Again, babies thrive on routine and predictability, of course we want them to be flexible too but it’s important that they know what to expect.

TEACHING A NEW SKILL

Sleep is a SKILL, babies need us to teach them this skill and what they associate with sleeping. You will learn how to gently guide them along when learning this new skill in a supportive way. You will be supporting them and I will be supporting for you. We will not let your baby cry on their own without reassurance - a child doesn’t just learn how to walk, we teach them, we guide them, in a positive supportive space - this is no different.

As your coach, I will be your biggest cheerleader, I will always be there in your back pocket with you need sound advice while being your calm when you feel overwhelmed. I promise to meet you where you’re at and support you on this journey.
