A mom to three sweet little boys, a pediatric consultant who specializes in sleep, toileting and child development. I know first hand how important it is to get the sleep your family needs and when it comes to accessing appropriate resources to support your little one.
I created Nurturing Roots with the mission to support infants and young children to flourish, recognizing that early development is a crucial time for growth. I will come alongside your family by providing holistic support that nurtures both your child and the family unit, ensuring that everyone thrives.
