90% Refund within 48 hours (minus processing fees): If the Client decides to make a purchase and subsequently changes their mind, the Consultant will honour a 90% refund (minus processing fees) within 48 hours of the purchase date. The Client is encouraged to contact the Consultant promptly within this time frame if they want to request a refund.

Please note that a processing fee applies both at the time of purchase and at the time of refund. The total amount refunded will reflect the amount received by the consultant after deducting the initial processing fee, as well as an additional fee to process the refund. These fees are subject to change based on various factors and are typically between approximately $50–$70 CAD.

If the Intake Form has been completed you are no longer eligible for a refund.
