The Supported Mama Sleep Package
A non-judgemental place where we support postpartum moms who feel isolated, overstimulated and overwhelmed by the mental and emotional load of sleepless nights.
Together we help you protect your mental health by restoring sleep and giving you a safe, supported space to feel seen, heard and understood.
Babies > 4- 18 months
2 weeks Sleep Coaching + 2 - 1 hour Mental Health sessions with a Registered Social Worker who specializes in perinatal mental health
