Every mother’s journey is unique. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support your emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Holistic Support to Meet Your Needs
Therapeutic Approach
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and taking the initial step can be the hardest.
My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and meeting you where you’re at. As a mother myself, I understand that motherhood can bring seasons of overwhelm, stress, anxiety, burnout, and uncertainty. Combined with my professional training, specialized certifications, and nearly 20 years of experience supporting children and families, I bring both personal insight and professional knowledge to our work together.
I believe every mother’s journey is unique. My role is to come alongside you with empathy, support, and practical strategies while providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your challenges and strengths. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), providing psycho-education and working collaboratively with you to build confidence, develop coping skills, and navigate life’s transitions in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable for you.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Together, we can create a path forward that supports your well-being, honours your experiences, and helps you thrive both as a mother and as an individual.
